2nd Annual James E. Taylor
Sporting Clays Tournament
Supporting the James E. Taylor FFA
Saturday, May 8, 2010
Come join us for a fun morning of shooting clay birds (it’s more fun than skeet shooting y’all)! The sporting clay course is laid out on a beautiful shaded landscape of wooded thickets, rolling hills and picturesque lakes. Shoot at ten different stations of ten targets each in four-man teams. That's one hundred targets each! This event is designed to be fun for both experienced and novice shooters. Prize will be awarded. Enjoy plenty of cold water while you shoot and a hearty lunch after the tournament.
The proceeds from the shoot will benefit the James E. Taylor FFA program. The FFA students are very active in leadership and career development, developing lifetime skills, developing personal responsibility, contributing to the community, and animal projects.
Arrive and sign-in 7:30AM - 8:20AM. Safety meeting at 8:30 and the flight begins at 9:00AM!
All Shooters be sure to Bring: Your shotgun, shells for 100+ targets,
eye and ear protection (required on course), and shell bags (optional).
